Guillermo Pizarro is an artist and sound designer who has been active since 2013. He uses field recordings, tapes, harsh noise, synths and ambient textures to achieve cinematic story telling through sound.

Guillermo established his label Flag Day Recordings in 2017. Out of necessity he began to get into audio mastering. Though not always the case, many times Guillermo is driven and inspired by the way an album sounds rather than what is being played by the musicians. When recording his own music, his favorite part of the process was the mastering stage, so it was only natural for him to develop that into a skill.

Guillermo is based out of West Virginia, just over an hour outside of Washington, DC.
